After a consumer completes an application, the department will assess their needs and recommend one of the many programs offered under the Saliba center umbrella. These internal referrals may include: A Reset, the community career development center, the work plus program, social work/case management services, or parent project. For those consumers that have children ages 0 to 5, they may be referred to our Early Head start program or our HIPPY program. The intake department will provide information on agencies that offer community resources beyond what the departments are able to offer.
Extensive case management is provided on an as needed basis which might include prescription assistance, transportation assistance, and basic needs assistance (funds permitting).
